He had bluffed his way through college and much of the exams.  And now he sat under his framed degree, bluffing his way through the marital crisis of yet another couple.

His inner monologue droning on at him: Another obese couple in a long line of obese couples. He wanted to yell at them, ‘Lose weight, have more sex, stop whining.’

But apart from these sessions being his only source of income, and a generous one at that, he simply couldn’t stop bluffing.  It was the only thing he’d ever really been good at.
